鉄観音の「秋茶」です。
お茶のつくり方自体は殆ど同じですので、やはり貴重な体験になりました。
今回はまず大まかな経過を紹介します。
次回は今回の見学・体験で見た鉄観音茶の製茶方法を紹介します。
今回の見学ツアーは一泊二日の旅でした。
10/13日(土)の朝7:40のフライトで虹橋空港からまずアモイの空港に向かいます。
9:50ころにアモイ空港に着き、すぐさま事前チャーターしておいた車で安渓県の虎丘
鎮に向かいました。
何回も旅の経験で、有名旅行会社「中旅」から車をチャーターすることは安心できる
ことでGMのBUICK乗用車をチャーターしました。８０キロの距離で、1時間半くらいの
走行時間で４００元でした。
12時ころにもう虎丘鎮で名物の鴨料理を堪能することができました。

食事後、虎丘鎮の数軒のお茶農家を訪ねてみました。

虎丘鎮の農家は、烏龍茶中の黄金桂、本山作りが得意で、鉄観音も作っています。
簡単な訪問が終わったら、関係者の特別の紹介で今回重点訪問対象の林さんの家に
入りました。
林さんはこの虎丘鎮においてはちょっと特別な存在で、鉄観音茶ばかりを作り、生葉を
安渓県内の各地から買い集め一年中２５０日も作っているそうです。
林さんの家で、鉄観音茶製作の生葉の萎凋から乾燥前の全工程を見学・体験をさせて
いただきました。（詳細は次回紹介します）
その日に乾燥までの製茶工程を見終わってからもう深夜の11:30になるところでした。
3時間もかかる乾燥工程をあきらめ、林さんが用意してくれた車で夜の田舎道をひたすら
走り、かかること３０分無事に事前予約した安渓県随一のホテル「安渓明園大酒店」
にたどり着き、チェックインもスムーズに出来ました。チェックインのついでに明日午後
1:30のアモイ空港行きのタクシーも忘れずに予約しておきました！
ホテルの条件自体はなかなかいいですが、やはり田舎のホテルということもあって、
管理面において少し不満が残ります。ちなみにこのホテルは４星レベルでスタンダード
ルームで朝食付きの一泊は４８０元でした。
ハードな一日でしたので部屋に戻り、ぐっすり朝までよく眠れました。
10/14日（日）の朝、ホテルで種類豊富な野菜炒め料理を含めた朝食を取りました。
美味しかった。
食事が終わってから、早速、日程に入っている全国最大規模といわれるお茶市場
－中国茶都に見学に出かけました。今回選んだ交通手段はなんとバイクタクシー
でした。

茶都に入って見ました。中の様子は中国でよく見かける屋根付きの野菜市場（農貿
市場？自由市場）によく似ています。農家達は１元を払えば、1つの席がもらえ、

タクシーはアモイ空港へ急いで走り、最終的に飛行機に間に合いました。
