高級評茶員資格検定試験も中級評茶員の検定試験と同じく日本語による試験であり、浙江大学茶学系にて行われ、筆記試験と実技試験に分れて実施されました。
今回の高級評茶員資格検定試験は始めて大勢の外国人に対して実施したものと伺っていますので試験参加者の皆様は、この貴重なチャンスを大事にして、３月から７月まで合計１４回の集中講義、実技練習、現地見学などを浙江大学茶学系の先生の指導の下で一歩ずつ頑張ってきました。長い期間中に体調を崩したり、帰国したりする方もいましたが、皆様が万障をくりあわせて最後までハードな勉強とスケジュールをこなしました。そのなかで日本帰国組からの参加者が２回以上に日本－上海を行き来した頑張りぶりを見せてくれました。
皆様努力の結果が実って、先日に浙江大学からの成績速報によれば試験参加者全員が合格したとの連絡がありました。

下記通りに掲載します。ご参考にしてください。
ジャスミン茶の淹れ方
1.道具準備（備器）
2.茶を出す（取茶）
a.右手を添えながら左手で茶荷の口を左向きに横に置く。
b.茶缶を両手で持ち、蓋をあけて蓋置きに置く。
c.茶匙を取る。
d.茶荷に茶を取り出す。
e.茶匙、茶缶をそれぞれ元の位置に戻す。
３．茶葉を鑑賞（賞茶）
両手で茶荷を持ち上げて、茶葉の色と香りを鑑賞する。
４．蓋碗を温める（温杯）
a. 右手で茶針を取り、左手で．蓋碗の蓋を添えながら茶針で蓋を右から順番に引っくり返す。
b. 茶針を戻す。
c. 右の順番から左手で蓋を垂直にあけ、右手でポットを取り、蓋の内側に沿って時計の逆回し方向で湯をかける。
d. ポットを戻す。
e. 右手で蓋を一周回転しながら清める。
f. 右手で蓋碗を手前に持ったまま、左手で蓋碗のｘｘｘｘを支えて、右方向へ180°回してから、左方向へ180°回し、蓋碗を温める。
g. 蓋碗の湯を水盂に捨てる。
５．茶葉を入れる（置茶）
a.右手でNo.１と２の順で蓋をあけ、碗托にかけ、左手でNo.４と３の順で蓋をあけ、碗托にかける。
b.左手で茶荷を持ち、右手で茶針を取り、順番に茶葉を入れる。
c.茶針、茶荷を戻す。
６．湯を注ぐ（沖泡）
a.浸潤泡：ポットの湯を時計の逆回し方向で順番に少々注ぐ。
b.鳳凰三点頭式で湯を順番に注ぐ。
７．茶湯を出す（出茶）
a.両手で同時にNo.２、３の蓋を閉めてからNo.１、４の蓋を閉める。
b.お茶を両手で出す。
８．飲茶（品飲）
a.左手で碗托を持ち、右手で蓋をあける。
b.茶湯の色を鑑賞。
c.蓋を茶湯の表面にちょっと廻し、香りを2回ぐらい嗅ぐ。
